By making this booking, you and the participants attending are agreeing to the following*: + visitors are OVER 11 years and anyone aged between 11-16 years will be accompanied by an ADULT +have read, understand and agree that everyone visiting will follow the HOUSE RULES +accept the element of RISK to persons and property due to the special nature of the café +agree to our CANCELLATION policy and will give at least ONE WEEK notice, in advance of your visit, to cancel or change the date time for whatever reason! +agree to a CHARGE f 10% for processing all refunds +let us know, when you arrive if you have any allergies, we should be aware of +do not have a contagious illness and will use hand sanitiser during visit +Love CATS If, at any time, we feel any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse entry and/or offer refunds..... thank you for reading :) *( This policy is based on our Risk Assessments)
