*WAIVER - the legal bit... By entering the premises of Coffee Cats (“CC”), I, the Visitor, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Where a booking is made on behalf of multiple Visitors, the individual making the booking (“the Lead Visitor”) confirms that they have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of all persons included in the booking and that all such persons have been made aware of, and agree to be bound by, this waiver. I understand and accept that CC, its owners, staff, volunteers, and any affiliated agents shall not be liable for any expense, damage, loss, or cost incurred by me, whether arising from negligence, wilful action, or recklessness, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I acknowledge that cats may behave unpredictably, including but not limited to biting, scratching, jumping, or causing accidental injury, and that they may carry or transmit infection and/or disease. I agree that I will not hold CC liable for any emotional, physical, personal, or property damage suffered directly or indirectly while on the premises, to the extent that such liability may be excluded or limited by law. I agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and instructions issued by CC regarding conduct within the premises and interactions with the cats (“House Rules”). I further agree to follow any guidance, directions, or instructions given by CC staff at any time, including where necessary for safety, animal welfare, hygiene, or the proper operation of the premises. I understand that failure or refusal to comply with the House Rules or staff instructions may result in CC denying entry or requiring me to leave the premises without refund. By proceeding with a booking or entering the premises, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accept the above terms. Where I am the Lead Visitor, I confirm that all Visitors in my party have also accepted these terms.
