In order to be Covid-secure and allow our feline family to become accustomed to visitors again, we have adapted our service and cafe layout.   

Please ensure you have read the information below before making a booking: ​

• If your household* size is larger than six please contact us to arrange 

*(A household is people who live together) 

• Bookings have been staggered to allow for social distancing between sessions and to facilitate extra cleaning

• The Cafe has adapted its regular layout and reduced visitor numbers to allow for social distancing

• Please observe social distancing rules at all times - the wearing of a face covering is required when moving around the cafe and/or until seated. 

• Hand santizer is provided and must be used on entrance to the Cafe and is available to use throughout your visit 

• Staff will be following government guidelines to reduce risk

• If possible please pay by card rather than cash 

• Your name and contact details will be kept and passed to the Government's Test & Trace service, should the need arise   

• Please do not visit the Cafe if you have any covid symptoms. Let us know and we will either refund or postpone your visit

• Children must be over 11years and accompanied by an adult
