Cancellation Policy
By making this booking, you and the participants attending are AGREEING to the following*: #VISITORS are OVER 11 years and anyone aged between 11-16 years will be accompanied by an adult #Have read, understand and agree that everyone visiting will follow the HOUSE RULES #ACCEPT the element of RISK to persons and property due to the special nature of the café #AGREE to our cancellation policy and will give at least 48 HOURS NOTICE, in advance of your visit, to CANCEL or change the date time for whatever reason! #Agree to a CHARGE of 10% for processing all refunds #LET us know, when you arrive if you have any allergies, we should be aware of #do not have a contagious illness and will use hand sanitiser during visit #IF, at any time, we feel any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse entry and/or offer refunds..... thank you for reading :) *( This policy is based on our Risk Assessments)
