Meet Our Cats
Ethel
Æthelflæd
Can often be found on the rope bridge during play mode. Ethel's mother was rescued by the shelter whilst pregnant. During the first lockdown when in her new foster home, the kittens began starting to grow up and becoming too much for mum, Ethel was made a temporary Coffee Cat.. However, after meeting Alfie, our gentle giant waiting for someone to dote on, they became instant best friends and have been together ever since.
Empress
Matilda
Queen of the litter, Matilda is not a cat to be messed with.. Sauntering around the café, you can tell she is the cat who really owns the place. Part Turkish Van, her beautifully soft fur is guaranteed to get everywhere, especially on your jeans when she’s chosen you to sleep on. If you are so gifted with her presence, a head stroke or under her chin is purrfect.
Ratatoskr
A little, mischievous madam, she will draw you in with her big eyes and gorgeous patterned fur but do not be fooled, as you will find out soon enough she prefers play over affection.. Whether it’s a sporadic, bright laser pointer or her favourite feathered flyer, you can guarantee she’ll have you running around as much as she does.

Alfie'Baloo'
Alfred the grrreat
The biggest cat with the biggest heart. Alfie is a black cat who looks after the younger ones in the group and likes nothing more than a cuddle up with Ethel and give her a good grooming. A gentle giant Alfie is also very playful and energetic. He often has a snoozy episode in the late afternoon.
Nicky
Nicola de la Haie
Our newest and fiestiest addition, little Nicky was too much of a handful for her original owners. She can now be found speeding about the cafe, playing with Ethel or Mark Anthony. On the rare occasion she is tired enough for a cuddle, she loves a good old scratch behind the ear.
